Ball gearboxes ZBR comprises housing, main shaft and driven shaft, mounted eccentrically relative to each other, the discs of different diameters and balls, forming with the discs speed transmission. The drive plate has spherical recess in end surface of each stage where balls communicating with driven disk are mounted. Balls communication with driven disks is made by teeth in the end surface of the driven disk.
Advantages:
1. Backlash-free with high precision positioning. When replacing gear with balls there is zero backlash and high precision positioning.
2. Excellent parameters of hardness. Ball gear is designed in order to provide steel balls to roll over its routes without force of friction.
3. Compact size gives an advantage of use in limited space.

5. Hermetic housing. Self-lubricated joint connections. Easy-to-install. There is no need in additional maintenance.
6. Compatible with any servo motors.
7. Common ratio 1:5~1:50. It is suitable for use in modern automation.
