Design features


The system of guideways is specifically designed for heavy operating conditions, where contamination is the constant problem. Most of the roller guideways have in-depth circulation paths, on which the rollers run. The different kinds of debris and dirt fall and collect into these in-depth paths, that leads to the rapid wear and damage of the rollers. The convex circulation paths of MR series provide the free space for the accumulation of dirt and debris, which are forced out from the circulation path by the running  rollers. This feature allows to work with the guideways of MR series in such conditions, where the usual roller guideway systems quickly fail.

Sliders of RV, RP, RA series

The sliders of this series are made of galvanized steel with the mounting holes that are parallel to the axes of rollers and perpendicular to the direction of the main load. Sliders have the rollers with the end protection, axial scrapers and longitudinal seals for optimal protection of the internal parts, and the sealing strip to prevent accidental damage of the fixed rollers. The sliders have 3 sizes, and each one has 3 or 5 rollers

The sliders of this series are made ​​of galvanized steel with the mounting holes that are perpendicular to the axes of rollers and parallel to the main load. Sliders have the rollers with the end protection, axial sleeves to protect the internal parts. The sliders have 2 sizes, and each one has 3 or 5 rollers.

The sliders of this series have a thin area, but without compromising for productivity. They also can have as a threaded and through mounting holes. Standard slider housing is made of galvanized steel, but also can be made of stainless steel to increase corrosion resistance. The sliders have 2 sizes that are available of 2 materials, and consist of 3, 4 or 5 rollers.

The sliders are available with 3 or 5 rollers. In the version with 3 rollers, 1st and 3rd rollers - are fixed and roll along one path. The medium roller is a sprag and rolls along the opposite path. The sprag is used to adjust the preload of the slider in the guideway. In the version with 5 rollers, last and central rollers - are fixed and roll along one path. The 2nd and 4th rollers - are the sprags and roll along the opposite path. The sprags are used to adjust the preload of the slider in the guideway. Since one circulation path is contacted with a large number of rollers than another, the slider has a preferred (main) load direction. The slider is marked by two circular marks, showing the direction of the main load acting at the support on the large amount of rollers. The control is required during the assembly of the system to ensure the accordance with maximum load capacity of the system.

Rollers in the sliders consist of two different geometric shapes to achieve the different levels of coupling with the guideway (RCV, REV) at two contact points with the circulation path. The floating rollers (RCP, REP) contact with the circulation path only at its top point, so they are held by the guideway only in the radial direction and can move axially but their motion is restricted by the boards. By using the different combinations of driving and floating rollers, the sliders with different operational characteristics can be received. These combinations help to avoid the alignment problems at the mounting of two parallel sliders on the opposite guideway.

Driving rollers: with the use of driving rollers of RV, RTV and RSV series, the sliders become completely restricted in the guideway, but they withstand the greatest loads and moments in all directions, with a maximum radial load.

Floating rollers of RP, RSP, RTR series provide the free movement in the system of 2 guideways that are mounted on the uneven surfaces with a large parallelism error. But these rollers also accept the sufficient radial loads. For the 43rd size, the sliders of RF, RFT and RFS series provide the greatest axial movement.

Rotating sliders: at the different combinations of driving and floating rollers, the sliders of RA, RSA, RTA series can provide the full radial load, and at the same time they have the ability to turn slightly without compromising of the preload at the movement. This ability is required for compensation at the angular deviations of two guideways from each other during the mounting on uneven surfaces.

The combination of floating and rotating sliders together in the system of two guideways of MR series provides a full rigidity at the movement, but at the same time compensates the displacements of two guideways relative to each other. Such displacements occur at the mounting on welded frames, aluminum frames, on the sheet metal, etc. The ability of the guideway system of MR series to self-leveling at the movement removes the need for leveling and grinding of mounting surfaces.
