Gudeways TLQ

TLQ telescopic guideways provide the high radial and axial load capacity. They are designed for the applications with a frequent working cycle which require a minimal friction, and also the smooth and stable motion without backlash.

Guideways of TLQ series

The compact telescopic guideways of TLQ series are designed for high-tech applications with the use of precise electric drive that requires the smooth motion without backlash.

The uniqueness of TLQ series lies in the fact that this model allows the customer to set the desired stroke length by using the standard version.

TLQ telescopic guideways provide the high radial and axial load capacity. The configuration of the rail/slider type allows to set the guideway of TLQ series not only from the side, but also under the movable element in conditions of the limited external space. The linear solution to all vertical arrangements for manual or mechanized drivers is very successful. The guideway has a square shape by using of two rails of MR series with the hardened circulation paths, which is a rigid structure where the sliders are placed. Two roller sliders that are independent of each other on the certain distance travel at each rail, so that the stroke length is equal H1 for the fixed rail\slider or H2 for movable rail\slider. The total stroke length is expressed by H = H1 + H2, that is equal to the total guideway length.

The sliders, which are mounted to the fixed part, must have a big distance between each other. The sliders with a less distance between them are mounted to the movable parts. At the using in the horizontal position, the guideway must be set to the upper position (indicated by a mark on the slider) to achieve the maximum radial load.

Unlike the guideway of TLR series, for TLQ series there is no right- or left-handed configuration

Guideways of TLXQ series

TLQ guideways consist of the same components as the guideways of TLR and MR series: large nitriding depth of the rail; polished circulation path; double-row bearings; strong scrapers to remove a debris and felt sleeves impregnated with a grease, which lubricate the circulation paths for a long time.

TLQ guideways are designed for the applications with a frequent working cycle which require a minimal friction, and also the smooth and stable motion without backlash.

Due to the materials from which the guideways are manufactured, and also the treatment of their surface, a corrosion resistance increases, that allows to use the guideways on the open spaces.

 

Guideways of TLQX series with increased resistance to corrosion 

For installation in the conditions of corrosive environment, you should use the guideways of TLRX series, all the components of which are made ​​of stainless steel, except the rail, which is treated with a special anti-corrosive coating TRACE-NOX (with the use of thermal oxidation and hot oil treatment, increasing a corrosion resistance).

 Change in the stroke length

The standard stroke length H for TLQ guideway can be easily changed to get the different stroke lengths - shorter or longer - than the standard, by the slider fixing in positions that differ from the standard A and B, as shown in the figure.

With increasing the distance A\B by 20%, the stroke length is reduced by the same 20%, but the load capacity is increased by 80%

And on the contrary, with reduction of the distance A\B by 20%, the stroke length will increase by 20%, and the load capacity will decrease by 40%.

Load guideways TLQ

TLQX model has the same dimensions and productivity as the standard TLQ guideway.

Example of ordering code:

TLQ28-770 = standard series, length - 770mm.

TLQX28CC-770 = series of stainless steel with the cylindrical holes for all the sliders, length - 770mm.

The figure shows the load (Co radial), which is placed into the center of single guideway, i.e. the middle of the lower guideway expansion (P). The guideways of TLQ series must be installed so that the mark was on the upper side of the product.

ТThe size of TLQ18 model is not suitable for the use in aggressive environments.
