Module series KK

The linear modules of KK series is an economical series of HIWIN's linear modules. The linear module of KK series consists of a monoblock steel guideway with U-shaped profile, carriage, screw, support bearings and flange for the stepper motor or servomotor. According to the perceived load linear modules of KK series have a 6 sizes. Each size of the modules of KK series has a number of various standard lengths depending on the carriage stroke. The modules of KK series are made in a standard and precision design. The linear modules of KK series - an ideal solution for most purposes in the machine tool building, due to the unified and yet rigid construction.

Hiwin's linear modules of KK series

The linear modules of KK series are the ballscrews driven by the motor, that are directed by the rail guideway with a U-shaped rail. The ballscrew nut and carriage play the role of the mobile elements.

There are three main components that affect on the service life of the linear modules of KK series: ballscrews, rail guideways and bearings.
